Tell Us About Your Piece

Step 1

It starts with a short enquiry form. A few details about the design you have in mind, the stone you're drawn to, and the budget you're working with. There's no obligation and nothing to pay. This simply gives us enough to arrive at your consultation already thinking about your piece rather than asking basic questions.

Your Consultation

Step 2

We sit down together turn a rough idea into a clear direction. Shape, setting, metal, stone character, proportion, and how it will sit alongside a wedding band. We'll be honest about what your budget buys and where it's better spent. You leave this conversation knowing exactly what we're going to make.

CAD Design

Step 3

A £200 design deposit opens your CAD file, and it comes straight off the final cost of your ring. It isn't an additional fee. Our designers build your piece in three dimensions and you receive photorealistic renders from every angle as well as a video showcasing your ring. Then you refine it. Unlimited revisions, until the proportions are exactly right. This is the stage where changes cost nothing but time, so we give you as much of it as you need.

Production Deposit

Step 4

Once the design is signed off, we take your commission to the halfway mark. Your £200 design deposit already counts towards this, so you pay only the balance of the 50%. This is what allows us to commit to your stone and reserve bench time with our craftsmen — the point at which your ring stops being a design and starts manifesting physically.

Stone Sourcing

Step 5

We go to market for your centre stone, hand-selecting for cut, character, and life. We'll show you the options and the trade-offs so the final choice is genuinely yours.

Once your stone is secured, we return to the CAD and rebuild the setting around its exact millimetre dimensions. This is the step most jewellers skip. The industry standard is to drop stones into pre-made settings with a tolerance for error. We don't. Your stone sits flush, secure, and perfectly seated, because the setting was made for that stone and no other.

Production

Step 6

Your ring is cast, hand-set, and hand-finished by our craftsmen. Every prong is worked by hand, every surface polished by hand.

Final Balance & Delivery

Step 7

Your finished ring is photographed and shared with you before it leaves us. The remaining 50% is settled, and your piece is delivered fully insured.
